PLACE: The Bishops Ranch, Healdsburg
TIME: 11AM, Monday, Jan. 27th to 2PM, Wednesday. the 29st.
The cost is literally the cost we will be charged for lodging and meals.
BACD is paying for the meeting/ dance room.
All teaching, planning, and organizing is volunteer.
The $300 fee includes 2 nights lodging and 7 amazing meals (lunch Monday to lunch Wednesday). single or double room, shared bath ( see room layout below)
you can pay two ways:

11-12AM arrive/ Check in at St. John's Meeting House, unpack/ set up St John's dance room
12 Noon meet in St John's dance room for brief greeting dance(s) Welcome!!!
12:30 Lunch
1:30 -3:30PM free time/ informal no specific coordinators
3:30 -4:30 discussion and learning sessions Birute is our moderator
4:30-6:15 Dance shared teaching - facilitator Judy and Freidel (keep track of time/ flow and teachers)
6:30 Dinner
7:30-8:30ish Evening Dances, lead by Sally and Anne

7:30 AM Morning dances on the hill in front of dining hall (Refectory) ( weather permitting)
8AM Breakfast
10:30-12:15 Shared Dance Session Coordinator Pam and Gwen (keeps track of time/ flow and teachers)
12:30 Lunch
1:30 -3:30 PM free time/ informal no specific coordinators

please note: everyone must be packed and moved out of their rooms BEFORE lunch.

8AM Breakfast
10-12 Shared Dance Session Coordinator Anne (keeps track of time/ flow and teachers)
12:30 Lunch (everyone must be packed and moved out of their rooms BEFORE lunch.)
1:30 clean-up break down St Johns dance room and vacate by 2PM
We can hang out on the grounds till 3PM- opportunity for mentoring/ sharing learning/ planning/ walks!
