PLACE: The Bishops Ranch, Healdsburg
TIME: 11AM, Monday, Jan. 26th to 2PM, Wednesday. the 28st.
The cost is literally the cost we will be charged for lodging and meals.
BACD is paying for the meeting/ dance room.
All teaching, planning, and organizing is volunteer.
The $300 fee includes 2 nights lodging and 7 amazing meals (lunch Monday to lunch Wednesday). single or double room, shared bath ( see room layout below)

Monday 1/27/25
11-12AM arrive/ When you arrive at The Ranch, at 11am on Monday, Jan. 26, please first stop in at St. John's Meeting Room to let us know you have arrived. We will need folks to help set-up/decorate St. John's at that time as well. Please bring electric/battery candles (small and large) as we are not allowed to burn real candles at TBR.
12 Noon meet in St John's dance room for brief greeting dance(s) please come with a brief gathering/welcoming dance you might like to share. Welcome!!!
12:30 Lunch
1:30 -3:30PM free time/ informal no specific coordinators
3:30 -4:30 discussion and learning sessions moderator Sally
4:30-6:15 Dance shared teaching - facilitators Pam and Gwen (keep track of time/ flow and teachers)
6:30 Dinner
7:30-8:30ish Evening Dances, lead by Sally and Baiba
Tuesday 1/28/25
7:30 AM Morning dances on the hill in front of dining hall NOTE- Gwen will not be organizing or teaching the morning meditation dances due to physical limitations- Judy will bring the music and teach unless someone else wants to.
